Number Eight is owned by a Texas LLC, the members of which value the kinds of relational experiences that are made possible by a house    of this size and configuration (privacy & community).

​

The principal owners only use the house about 30 days per year, so it makes sense that the properties should be shared--jointly owned by families of like mind.  In this context, TG3 is offering a limited fractional ownership, targeted at the "drive-up" market of west Texas and/or those with access to private aviation.
